Thank You for your interest in volunteering with the IMDA!

We all know that behind every successful event is a base of dedicated volunteers. 
This is especially true for IMDA.  Without the passion and commitment we receive
every year from our volunteers we would not be able to bring the community such
events as our annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration & Day of Irish Dance, “IMDA
Honors” – a celebration each year to honor a respected member of our community,
Our informational booth (with new IMDA workshop)at the Irish Fair of MN, our recent
Green Tie Gala we put on in association with Failte MN as well as many others.

We strive to bring the community closer to the traditional arts of Ireland and get
people involved.  We truly believe the Irish Community has one of the best volunteer
bases around!  In appreciation, we provide an annual Volunteer appreciation party
with music, dance, catered food and desserts!  It is a great way to say ‘thank-you and
have our volunteers get to know each other.  Also, when you volunteer you receive
free admission to our event, complimentary beverages, and for our St. Pat’s volunteers
~ a complimentary IMDA ‘Volunteer’ T-Shirt.
